Banana Republic Expansion

The Banana Republic remodel-expansion at the Americana Mall on Long Island’s North Shore Miracle Mile required special orchestration between the landlord and their strict building limitations as dictated by the lease. As an example, we had to conduct much work at night to avoid disturbing customers. Progress was reviewed daily with the Mall General Manager, as required, throughout every phase of construction.
